This original 1920s property in Charlotte’s Eastover neighborhood underwent an extensive renovation, transforming the existing landscape to accommodate a Hillbrook collection’s custom office, bluestone patio, putting green and faux turf play space. The office has a view of the putting green and faux turf area shares a play space for the kids. Site issues we addressed were uneven grade, water runoff, overgrown shrubs, excessive shade and lack of function. We demolished an old shed, excavated soil and installed a lime wash brick retaining wall in the very back. This allowed us to gain an additional 12' feet of backyard space making everything feel larger and more open for use. We moved the play set to a location where Mom and Dad could easily see from all angles. Dad enjoys his putting green during office coffee breaks and the kids have putters too!
