WRITTEN PROPOSAL
A proposal will provided outlining full scope of work agreed to at the consultation. The scope can subject to change during the process but it helps us determine the initial amount of hours needed and your flat fee for the design. Proposal is submitted for review, revision and signature.
SITE ANALYSIS & MEASUREMENT
A comprehensive study of your space till be completed, which includes full sight measurement, grade changes, sun mapping, and drainage. The sight analysis allows us to create an accurate base map drawing of your outdoor space and choose the right plants so you do not have to worry about refurbishing plants down the road. This may also include a review of any set backs, right of ways, S.W.I.M. buffers and storm easements set forth by the County.
DESIGN CONCEPT
A basemap is used to create a design concept addressing the clients’ wishes and incorporate the parameters of the property. A Pinterest board or mood board is submitted for plant selection, hardscape materials and general concept. The client will review and provide feedback. Ideas will be edited and plant list created for final proposal.
