We offer design and install for pools, putting greens, faux turf, outdoor kitchens, patios, pergolas, fire pits, landscape lighting, irrigation, driveways, retaining walls, planting and full exterior design with furniture and accessories. We are proud to be able to provide installation of all of these design services with one of our vetted contractors.

Front Yard over grown? Back Patio falling apart? We'll assess your space, pull out dated hardscape and overgrown shrubs. Your new landscape design plan will utilize the existing footprint you want to keep and we'll introduce modern materials with a fresh planting palette. We’ll look at how you move through the property and create the best function for the space based on your needs and wants. A refresh plan includes a 2D plan and an optional 3D rendering.

Building a custom home is a dream come true, but the bus does not stop at the front door. The Landscape for your new home sets the stage and is the initial impression. Our studio will partner with your builder and architect early in the planning process to make sure that the landscape design plan ties together. We address all the pertinent points of entry, circulation points, focal points and use of space. Addressing the function and aesthetic in tandem for a methodical forever plan in your future outdoor space. We take a great deal of pride in our attention to detail. This goes right down to the finite detail of measuring your cars, designing custom garden accessories and choosing materials that flow from inside to out to achieve a cohesive and complete look. A Masters plan for a new build includes a 2D plan, elevations and 3D rendering.

We offer personalized furniture and accessory packages to fit your space with an expertise in outdoor, weather resistant materials. Whether you have an existing space that needs a furnishing lift or are installing your Landscape plan with KFiles Design this service includes custom space planning with a close attention to detail and your personal style. We’ll coordinate your order and install with white glove delivery.
