This landscape was a true “white box” challenge. It started as a poorly backfilled pool and small patio. The client had a list of wishes that we artfully folded into a compact footprint. The grill station and dining bench serve as a combination retaining wall. We carried the use of the putting green faux turf throughout the patio between bluestone squares for a continuous look. The planting palette consists of a cottage look with lots of color, cut flowers, boxwoods and ornamental grasses. The client’s existing furniture was incorporated into the mix.
