Hillbrook Studio on Queens

Full master plan for a property renovation in Myers Park. The landscape design plan embraces the original driveway with a formal planting refresh, layering boxwoods, hydrangeas, and skip laurel. A gravel path to the right and a new gate lead guests to the back dining area, where gravel continues across the gently sloping grade. The property includes a custom Hillbrook Collection office, outdoor kitchen, bluestone patio, and new landscaping throughout. Thoughtful placement of the garden bench and a tucked-away custom play zone complete the circulation of the space. Completed with a full furniture and accessories package, this space was installed true to KFiles Design's vision.
